Once the Parcel protect app is installed on your site the next step is to include a link for your customers to notify us of a lost, damaged or stolen shipment.


This link allows your customers to directly lodge their claims through to the NTI Parcel Protect portal and we will take care of everything from there. This link is the key component you will need to add to your site.


Where should it go?

Our recommendation is that the link for customers to lodge their Lost, Damaged or Stolen goods is placed directly on your "contact us" page/section, or any other area of your site where customers are able to reach out and contact you. Our research shows that this is where a customer is likely to visit should they wish to lodge a case.


Adding link through Shopify Sections

You can add the case lodgement link through Shopify "Sections". Below are a few suggested examples for displaying the case lodgement link on your site.
